Munitan MHMN is a retanning agent, based on amino resins, for the retannage of all types of chrome leathers.

Munitan MHMN brings an increase in leather fullness, especially for the looser structured areas of the hide.

Munitan MHMN improves the grain tightness, encourages the buffing and printing properties and improves the dye leveling.

Applications & Recommendations

  • In the retannage between 3 and 6 % of Munitan MHMN, based on the shaved weight, is recommended.Munitan MHMN is not stable under pH 4.0. Therefore, Munitan MHMN should be applied after the neutralization stage.

    Munitan MHMN is not fully water-soluble.

Storage Conditions

The product should be well sealed and must be stored in covered area between 5-25°C. Freezing and direct sun light must be avoided.
