Applications & Recommendations
- Munitan ME-60 makes leather, very soft and full fill.Munitan ME-60 is a very good retanning agent for all types of leathers. It has also a great light-fastness property in white crusts. It is notable that before retannage, the leathers must be neutralized well.
The dosage of consumption depends on the type of leather and varies between 1-4% (based on the shaved weight).
After Neutralization:
80% Water 35°C
X% Dye 45-60 min
1-4% Munitan ME-60 30min
+ Other retanning agents
After Fatliquoring:
1-2% Munitan ME-60 30 min
Storage Conditions
The product should be well sealed and must be stored in covered area between 5-25°C. Freezing and direct sun light must be avoided.
