Applications & Recommendations
Munizyme 20 is added undissolved to the soaking process. Caustic soda or soda ash can be used to adjust the pH value. The chosen substance should be dosed in such way that the initial pH value of the liquor is 10.0 – 10.5 and the final value pH 9.0 – 9.5.
Storage Conditions
The product should be well sealed and must be stored in covered area between 5-25°C. Freezing and direct sun light must be avoided.
