Applications & Recommendations
- To protect the hides and skins, the necessary amount of the product should be added in 2 or 3 installments. After the required degreeof deliming, bating can follow in the same
float.
The recommendation for use is:
– 1.0-1.5% (Pelt wt.) Cow
– 0.5-1.0% ( “ “ ) Sheep
– 1.0-1.5% ( “ “ ) Goat
– After liming and fleshing
– 300% Water 25°C 15’ drain
– 300% Water 30°C 15’ drain
– 100% Water 30°C
– 0.1% EPIZOCLEAN 6602
– 0.5% Munital MXX 30’
– +50% Water 40 °C
– X% Munital MXX 30-60’
– Bating and usual processes.
Storage Conditions
The product should be well sealed and must be stored in covered area between 5-25°C. Freezing and direct sun light must be avoided.
