Applications & Recommendations
- Munipal M has outstanding emulsifying and power for fats, fatty acids and dirt of all kinds. It brings about more even distribution of fats and facilitates penetration of the chemicals. It can be used in alkaline and acid pH range. It dissolves equally well and quickly in both cold and warm water.Munipal M is free of alkyphenol (AP) and alkyphnol ethoxylates (APEO) and readily biodegradable.Munipal M liquid may precipitate if used with vegetable and synthetic replacement syntans. Separate baths should therefore be used when working with such products.
Our recommendation for use:
Degreasing:
Sheep pelts: 3-4% (based on weight) without using of solvent
Sheep pickled: 2.5-3% (based on pickled
weight) without using of solvent.
In soaking, deliming and bating: 0.3 – 0.5%
If solvent is used together with the Munipal M for degreasing, the dosage of consumption of Munipal M can decreased
up to 40%.
Storage Conditions
The product should be well sealed and must be stored in covered area between 5-25°C. Freezing and direct sun light must be avoided.
